Joe Piazza

Joe Piazza has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Joe started their career as an IT Operations Manager at Patrick Petroleum in 1981 before moving on to General Motors as a Finance Staff Manager & Analyst in 1985. Joe then joined Delphi as the China Finance Director, where they were responsible for financial management and reporting during the company's launch of thirteen operations in three years.

In 1995, Joe Piazza returned to General Motors as the Controller for a strategic business within GM Europe, where they handled aftermarket pricing, warranty, budgeting, and forecasting. Joe also led the analysis of warranty costs for corrosion problems on older vehicles.

Joe Piazza returned to Delphi in 1999, this time as the Assistant Finance Director for the Electrical/Electronic Architecture Division. In this role, they focused on budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and capital management. Joe also conducted negotiations for the sale of the Cockpit Product Business Unit. From 2002 to 2012, they served as the IT Finance Director at Delphi, leading financial activities and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for IT services. Joe also played a key role in financial negotiations for services for divested businesses.

In 2012, Joe Piazza joined VisionIT as the Chief Financial Officer, where they prepared financial statements, managed working capital, and established line of business reporting. After leaving VisionIT in 2013, they joined Human Capital as the Controller, handling payroll, human resources, benefits, and worker's compensation insurance for U.S. companies.

Joe'smost recent role is as the Chief Financial Officer at RGBSI, where they are responsible for all financial activities supporting the execution of the company's business strategy. RGBSI specializes in workforce management solutions, engineering, quality life cycle management, and IT solutions, providing strategic partnerships for organizations of all sizes.

Joe Piazza has a strong education background in business and finance. Joe completed their Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting and Information Technology at the University of Michigan-Dearborn between 1973 and 1977. After that, they obtained a Registered CPA certification from the State of Michigan in May 1980. Joe further pursued their education by earning an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan between 1981 and 1985.
