C.C. Tham

C.C. Tham is an experienced Master Black Belt currently serving as the Corporate Business Continuous Improvement Head at RGE Pte Ltd, where they lead the Business Continuous Improvement Department. Since 2014, C.C. has strategized Lean and Six Sigma deployment across various industries, achieving over USD 100 million in annual savings through Kaizen initiatives. They possess strong expertise in DMAIC, Process Engineering, Total Quality Management, Value Stream Mapping, and the Toyota Production System. C.C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University.
