Grace Lai

Grace Lai is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Legal at RGE since September 2021. Prior to this role, Grace held the position of Director at Drew & Napier LLC from May 2004 to September 2021, where involvement in corporate finance transactions was prominent, including acting as counsel for initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. A notable experience includes a six-month secondment to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London in 2006. Grace Lai holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2003.
