Lu Chen

Lu Chen is the Head of Tax for RGE group's operations in China and Hong Kong, responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax operations at Binance globally. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Global Tax-Asia at Walmart and held various roles at KPMG, EY, and other firms focusing on transfer pricing and tax policy. Lu began their career as an Economist at Oxford Economics, providing economic consultancy services. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Economics from Peking University and an M.A. in Business and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
