Mei Yan

Mei Yan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Assistant HR Manager at RGE since September 2021, focusing on HR business partnering for the Family Office within the Corporate HR team. Previously, Mei Yan held the position of Senior HR Executive (HRBP) at Din Tai Fung Singapore from October 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing the employee lifecycle, providing performance management guidance, and developing compensation policies. Prior to that, from January 2014 to October 2020, Mei Yan worked as an HR Executive at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, where involvement in regional projects encompassed manpower planning, employee perception surveys, and comprehensive HR functions for Wipro Unza and LD Waxson Singapore. Mei Yan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of London.
