Andrew Spier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Weather Officer and eventually became the Chief of the Weather Specialty Team. During their time in the Air Force, they provided round-the-clock weather support, led operational planning and execution of critical operations and exercises, and oversaw administrative tasks.

After leaving the Air Force, Andrew worked at C&S Wholesale Grocers as an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, they supported the Vice President and a team of sales, customer service, and merchandising professionals. Andrew coordinated meetings and events, developed reports, and arranged travel and accommodations.

Currently, Andrew is employed at RGNext as a Principal Capacity Analyst. Andrew is responsible for overseeing data analysis, comparisons, and trends related to budget, manpower, and labor utilization. Andrew also leads labor analysis projects and studies and presents results to senior management. Additionally, they evaluate data regularly and provides insights on labor and budget changes.

Prior to their current role, Andrew held positions at RGNext as a Range Systems Section Manager and Range Systems Supervisor, where they managed teams and operations to provide critical data collection and analysis support for high-profile customers such as NASA, SpaceX, and the National Hurricane Center.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, project management, and administrative support. Andrew has consistently delivered high-quality results and has been recognized for their contributions with awards and bonuses.

Andrew Spier completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Meteorology from Saint Louis University in 2011. Andrew then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology Management from American Military University, which they completed in 2018. Prior to their higher education, Andrew obtained their High School Diploma from ALTHOFF CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained an Active DoD Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in December 2020.
