Bruce Paddon

Bruce Paddon has extensive experience in military and aerospace communications systems, having served in various capacities including Forward Area Signal Platoon Leader and Division Radio Officer in the US Army, where responsibilities encompassed managing personnel and technical operations for secure communication links. Following military service, Bruce Paddon took on significant roles at RGNext and Raytheon, including Technology Manager and Eastern Range Manager, overseeing launch support instrumentation and communications. A leadership position as Deputy General Manager at Computer Sciences Raytheon involved managing teams and projects across multiple sites, while positions in systems engineering at both Raytheon and Hughes Aircraft Company allowed for contributions to missile defense and communications systems. Bruce Paddon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and further education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
