Cindy Hagerman

Cindy Hagerman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cindy began their career at Yulista Management Services in 1989, where they worked as a Scheduler for the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory. During their time at Yulista, they adapted production control structures and developed and implemented a training program for customers.

In 2004, Cindy moved to L-3 Communications and held multiple roles. As a System Analyst, they worked in Sustaining Engineering, researching and analyzing obsolescence of hardware equipment. Cindy utilized various resources, such as databases and technical manuals, and collaborated with on-site personnel to propose solutions. Later, they transitioned to a Logistics Analyst position, where they managed special projects and decommissioning activities for launch range sites, including budget and manpower coordination.

In 2014, Cindy joined ARES Corporation as a Senior System Analyst, focusing on system analysis. Cindy held this role until 2018. Following this, they joined RGNext as a Risk Management Analyst, and their tenure in this role is ongoing.
