Douglas Dolan

Quality Engineering Lead at RGNext

Douglas Dolan has extensive experience in quality assurance and program integration. Douglas started their career in 1980 as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the Defense Contract Management Agency, where they performed source inspections and implemented QA programs for various contractors. Douglas then worked at the Kennedy Space Center as a Shuttle Booster Rocket Program Integrator, overseeing aerospace quality assurance and troubleshooting technical problems. Dolan joined the Defense Department in 2010 as a Program Integrator, managing the Long Endurance Multi-Intelligence Vehicle (LEMV) and the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters. Douglas joined RGNext, LLC in 2015 as a Quality Analyst and later became the Quality Engineering Lead. Dolan took a brief break in 2014 to be a stay-at-home dad before returning to work. Douglas is now looking for opportunities in the quality field.

Douglas Dolan completed a Certificate Program in Quality Methods and Management at Penn State University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which they attended from 1975 to 1979. Douglas also has a Certification as a Quality Engineer from the ASQ, which they obtained in December 1994.
