Joshua Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Joshua currently holds the position of Senior System Engineer at RGNext since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at KRS - Kwajalein Range Services, LLC as a Hardware Design Engineer from January 2018 to December 2018, where they successfully identified and resolved complex technical issues and provided training to technicians. Before that, they worked at GE Aviation as a System Verification Engineer from June 2015 to April 2017, where they ensured the compliance of avionics systems with requirements and regulations. Joshua also developed test scripts and managed system changes. Joshua has also worked as a Computer Repair Technician at Geek Squad from January 2013 to November 2014, performing advanced OS maintenance and hardware repairs. Furthermore, they gained research experience as a Special Research Project Intern at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in June and July 2014. Prior to that, they were employed at KRS - Kwajalein Range Services, LLC as an Optics Technician from July 2010 to July 2012, upgrading and maintaining optical systems. To kickstart their career, they served in the United States Air Force, where they held the positions of Avionics System Technician and Program Manager of Lockheed Sniper XR Targeting Pod from July 2007 to June 2010. In these roles, Joshua maintained and supervised modifications on various aircraft systems, analyzed malfunctions, and coordinated part shipments. Additionally, they performed maintenance, calibration, and training activities related to the targeting pod.

Joshua Bell completed an Associate's Degree in Electronic Principles and F-16 Avionics Systems at the Community College of the Air Force from 2007 to 2010. Joshua then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, graduating in 2017. In addition to their degrees, Joshua has obtained certifications in Certified SolidWorks Associate from Dassault Systèmes and in various areas related to electronic principles, avionics systems, and aircraft maintenance from the United States Air Force.
