Katie Boyle

Katie Boyle has extensive experience in the defense and technology sectors, beginning with internships at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems from 2003 to 2005. From October 2011 to April 2015, Katie held multiple leadership roles at Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services, including Sr. Strategy Planner and Cyber Joint Venture Formation Lead. Currently serving as President of RGNext since November 2025, Katie oversees a joint venture providing a range of strategic services. Prior tenures included roles at Raytheon Technologies as Digital & Mission Solutions, Mission Assurance Director, and Director of Mission Assurance at Raytheon Intelligence & Space. Katie earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and holds a Master's in Intelligence Studies from the American Public University System, along with a Bachelor's in History and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
