Systems Engineering T&V Engineer at RGNext

Kenneth Tank began their work experience in 2000 with the US Navy, where they served as a Supervisor of Nuclear Power Plant Operations and managed Electrical departments and equipment. Kenneth also worked as an Instructor at the Nuclear Power Training Unit, specializing as a Shutdown Reactor Operator and Emergency Safeguard Feature Electrical Operator.

In 2012, Kenneth joined the United States Department of Defense as a Decommissioning Electrical Supervisor. In this role, they negotiated, planned, and coordinated with various entities to safely remove electrical components and machinery in preparation for the dismantling of a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. Kenneth successfully completed the project six months ahead of schedule.

Starting in 2017, Kenneth worked at the Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department as a Technical Training Instructor. Kenneth trained and maintained qualifications for over 200 military personnel and 80 civilians, ensuring the company's ability to complete projects. Kenneth then transitioned to the role of Production Training Instructor/Supervisor, overseeing qualification and training requirements for military and civilian personnel, with the objective of achieving 100% military asset capabilities and zero rework.

Kenneth's most recent position is with RGNext, where they currently serve as a Systems Engineering T&V Engineer, starting in December 2020.

Kenneth Tank pursued their education starting in 2010, studying Nuclear Engineering at Excelsior University. Kenneth obtained a Bachelor's degree in this field, however, the end date is not specified. Later in 2020, they attended Syracuse University for a short period and acquired a PMP Certification in Project Management.
