Kristopher Kiger

Kristopher (Kris) Kiger, JM, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in both civilian and military organizations. Currently serving as a Sr Human Resources Business Partner at RGNext since July 2022, Kiger previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Essential Cabinetry Group and Human Resources Partner at Health First, demonstrating expertise in employee relations, performance evaluations, and managing the full employee life cycle. With a distinguished military career in the United States Air Force, Kiger has served in various HR management roles, providing strategic advice and leadership training, overseeing personnel management, and supporting large teams. Kiger holds a Juris Masters in Employment Law and HR Risk Management from Florida State University College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Military History from American Military University, and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
