Lee Barnby

Lee Barnby is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in defense systems and technology testing. Currently serving as Program Manager at RGNext since November 2020, Lee oversees over 300 employees in support of the US Army's Space and Missile Defense Command at the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and modernization of advanced sensors. Previous roles include Deputy Program Manager and Kwajalein Site Manager at B3 Solutions, LLC, and various leadership positions at InDyne, Inc., where responsibilities included business sector management and operations maintenance. Lee's career in the United States Air Force spanned from 1978 to 2001, further enhancing expertise in the field.
