Patrick Phelon has extensive work experience in various engineering roles.

Patrick began their career in 2008 at GE Aviation as a Product Quality Engineer.

In 2009, they joined Portsmouth Naval Shipyard as a Nuclear Engineer and later became a Project Engineer. Patrick worked there until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Patrick worked at KRS - Kwajalein Range Services, LLC as a Mechanical Engineer III and Designer. Patrick then transitioned to the role of Antenna Lead and Hardware Engineer IV.

Since 2018, Patrick has been employed at RGNext as an Antenna Lead, Systems Engineer, and Principal.

Patrick Phelon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009. Patrick later received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from the same university in 2019.
