Phillip started their career in 1987 working as an Engineering Aid Technician at PHILIPS CIRCUIT ASSEMBLIES, where they built circuits for the test engineering department and set up environmental test equipment. In 1997, they returned to Computer Sciences Raytheon and served in various roles including Communications Technician, where they operated and repaired range communications equipment, and Radar Technician, where they provided maintenance and support to radar tracking facilities. In 1999, they joined Raytheon as a Radar Technician, operating and maintaining radar equipment aboard US naval ships. In 2000, they joined Triton Network Systems as a Test Technician, responsible for testing and troubleshooting hardware and software. Finally, in 2001, they joined RGNext as a Systems Maintenance Engineer, responsible for maintenance and repair of eastern range radar systems. Overall, Phillip Loper has extensive experience in maintenance, repair, and testing of various electronic systems and equipment.
Phillip Loper attended New England College from 1984 to 1985, where they pursued a field of study in Communication, General. Phillip did not obtain a degree from this institution. Following that, from 1985 to 1987, Phillip enrolled at ITT Technical Institute-Tampa, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Phillip completed their studies there and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in the same field.
