Steve Mentzer

Steve Mentzer began their work experience in 1978 at E-Systems, where they worked as a Senior Program Cost & Pricing Analyst until 1990. Steve then took on the role of Manager Program Financial Analysis until 1992. Following this, Mentzer joined Raytheon in 1992 as the Director of Finance, Pricing, and Contracts until 1999. Steve then became the Senior Manager / Director of Finance until 2014.

In 2012, Mentzer became a Board Member for the JT-3 Joint Venture at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a position they held until 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, Mentzer worked at RGNext as the President and CEO, overseeing the day-to-day and strategic leadership of a joint venture with Raytheon and GDIT in support of USAF launch and test range systems. Following their retirement from RGNext, they continued to serve as the Retired President & CEO.

Steve Mentzer graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. The specific start and end years of their education are not provided.
