Ashley MacKey

Vice President, Global Business Operations at RGP

Ashley Mackey has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 until the present. Ashley began as a Management Assistant and Operations Coordinator at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from January 2006 to October 2008. From November 2009 to April 2011, they worked at M Squared Consulting as an Operations Support staff, providing excellent customer service and aiding in executive assistant responsibilities. Later, from April 2011 to May 2018, they joined SolomonEdwards as a Resource Manager/Operations personnel, where they managed project finances, supported internal and external clients, and played a key role in implementing a new talent management system. Following that, from June 2018 to September 2019, they were a Business Operations Manager at RGP. Ashley then moved on to become a Director of Business Operations at RGP from September 2019 to February 2021. Subsequently, from February 2021 to July 2023, they served as a Senior Director of Solution Services at RGP, where they built processes for new offerings, communicated those processes effectively, and provided guidance on system enhancements. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Business Operations at RGP, starting from June 2023.

Ashley Mackey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Arizona, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Ashley obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021.
