Bill Delfing

Bill Delfing is an experienced consultant at RGP, where tenure began in April 2005. Delfing has held several key roles including Interim Fixed Asset Manager and Interim CFO, contributing to various projects across multiple industries such as manufacturing, finance, and retail. Notable accomplishments include managing month-end closing processes, overseeing data validation and system improvements, and acting as a liaison between clients and external auditors. Prior to RGP, Delfing was the owner of Small Business Accounting Services, LLC, and served as a Controller at Waste Management for 16 years. Delfing holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Moravian University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
