Chloe Jun

Chloe Jun has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent management and recruitment. Chloe is currently working at RGP as the Senior Director of Talent. Prior to this, they held positions such as Office Lead in Korea and Director of Talent Management at RGP. Before joining RGP, Chloe worked at Cheil Worldwide as a Talent Specialist, where they executed global talent acquisition processes and collaborated with management and hiring managers. Chloe also has experience as a Regional Senior Consultant at SearchAsia - Recruit Express Group, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment in the Korea market across the APAC region. Chloe also has experience in international youth exchange programs through their role as the Korea representative for Lions Clubs International.

Chloe Jun holds a BA in Sociology & B.B.A from Yonsei University. Chloe also participated in an exchange program at Aalto University, where they studied International Business. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Arts Administration from New York University. Chloe has several certifications, including "Individual Accountability for Equity and Inclusion" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Creating a Compelling Job Description" from LinkedIn in 2017, and the "Professional in Human Resources (PHR)" certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2013.
