David Briley

David Briley, CIP ECMm, currently serves as a Project Management Consultant at RGP, where responsibilities include managing IT Strategic Portfolio initiatives for clients in industries such as petroleum transportation and gas utilities, as well as overseeing audits for an international entertainment insurance company. Previously, David worked with Ekman Associates to scope enterprise solutions for documentation management for a major general contractor, and held roles at Bespoke Property Investments as a Co-Owner and at Entertainment Partners as Director of Records Management, where David enhanced records management practices. David's career began at Southern California Edison as an Information Governance Project Manager, focusing on improving records management and documentation processes. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from National University.
