Doug Epperly

Doug Epperly is an accomplished supply chain and business leader with extensive experience across multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Consultant at RGP since 2022, Epperly leverages a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics to assist clients in achieving their business objectives. In addition, Epperly holds the position of President at Merchant Boxes, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through innovative packaging solutions, and serves as President & CEO of E3 Enterprises, Inc., aimed at business acquisitions and franchise development. Epperly's previous tenure at ARYZTA from 1993 to 2020 included significant roles such as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partner Development and Logistics, where Epperly built a centralized logistics operation and strengthened relationships with key industry partners. Epperly's career began in retail management, with roles at Roses Discount Store, Brendles, and Hills Department Stores.
