Eric Gerner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, client relationship management, and risk advisory services. Currently serving as Vice President and Market Leader at RGP since December 2013, Eric focuses on driving transformative change for clients. Prior roles include Managing Director overseeing market development for professional services in Washington, Richmond, and Baltimore, as well as Director of Risk Advisory Services at Experis Finance, where expertise in enterprise risk management was honed. With a solid background in financial management and corporate risk strategies, including Vice President positions at Dynacast Inc. and J. A. Jones Inc., and a senior leadership role at Centex Construction, Eric's career began at Arthur Andersen & Co. Eric is a graduate of Virginia Tech, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
