Eric Karns is currently an Associate Creative Director and User Experience Designer at RGP, a position held since 2025, and previously served in the same roles at Veracity Consulting Group, LLC from 2018 to 2025. They have extensive experience in interactive art direction and graphic design, having worked at ICF Olson, Aquilent, and Bridgeline Digital, among others. They began their career as a Senior Graphic Designer at Fishbowl Marketing from 2004 to 2006 and held multiple leadership roles, including Creative Director at BuildOnMe from 2017 to 2018. Eric earned a BFA in Studio Art and Graphic Design from Michigan State University between 1999 and 2002.
