Eric Mock

Eric Mock is an experienced project management consultant currently working at RGP since February 2018, where responsibilities include program and project management as well as business analysis for the Smashfly Recruitment Marketing Platform. Prior roles include serving as ERP Solutions Manager at Pacific Life, overseeing IT and HR relationships and leading significant HR technology implementations such as Workday and BrassRing. Eric has a strong background in project management with previous positions at companies like TIAA-CREF, Hyundai Capital America, and Citigroup, where strategic deployments of various systems were successfully executed. Eric holds a BS in HRIM from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
