Firdaus A.

Firdaus A. has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Marketing & Partnership Development Manager at the National Arts Council in 2008 and then worked as an International Arts & Culture Management Professional at the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) from 2009 to 2010. Firdaus then transitioned into consulting, joining EY in 2012 where they held roles as a Senior Consultant, Advisory - Performance Improvement, and later as a Manager, Consulting - People Advisory Services. At EY, they focused on business transformation, performance improvement, and product/service development for a range of clients. In 2022, Firdaus joined Accenture as a Director, Strategy and Consulting, where they led organizational change management and business development pursuits for finance, talent, and business operations transformations. Firdaus then moved on to work as an Art Curator at ROUNDCOLLAB in 2023 before taking on the role of Change Management Lead (Contract) at RGP in 2024.

Firdaus A. has a Master's Degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). They also have a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Arts Management from LASALLE College of the Arts. In addition, Firdaus A. has obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence for Everyone from Coursera in 2022.
