Jason Cobb

Jason Cobb is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting, risk management, and internal auditing. As a Consultant at RGP since April 2022, Jason leverages a robust background that includes serving as the Director of Accounting at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC from May 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of financial processes and budget planning. Prior to that, Jason held key roles at Fidelity Investments, including Controller for Enterprise Technology and Director of Risk, focusing on financial oversight, ERP implementation, and business process governance. Jason’s career also features a position as Director of Internal Audit at CEC Entertainment, where responsibilities encompassed risk assessments and compliance audits, and as a Manager in Business Risk Services at Ernst & Young, emphasizing internal control structures. Jason holds both a BS and MS in Financial Reporting and Auditing from the University of North Texas.
