Jocelyn Seals has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Jocelyn has held various leadership roles in reputable companies such as RGP, Extensis Group, LVMH, Merck, and Reliance Group Holdings. In their most recent position as the Senior Director of Talent Management at RGP, they were responsible for aligning talent strategies with business objectives and maximizing consultant utilization. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of People at Extensis Group, where they provided personalized HR services to entrepreneurial companies. Jocelyn also worked at RGP as a Director of Advisory Services, where they drove revenue growth strategies and managed high-performing teams. Additionally, they have experience in diversity and inclusion consulting at Merck and served as a human resources generalist at Reliance Group Holdings. Overall, Jocelyn Seals has a strong background in strategic talent management and has consistently demonstrated their expertise in building high-performing teams.

Jocelyn Seals holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
