Jodeen Howes

Jodeen Howes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and employee relations. Jodeen started their career in 1998 at USJ LLC, where they played a crucial role in developing training programs for the opening of a new theme park. Jodeen then moved on to Universal Studios Hollywood, where they managed employee relations activities for over 200 skilled labor employees and successfully resolved all employee grievances. Following that, they joined NBC Universal/Universal Studios as the Director of Staffing Services, overseeing all recruitment efforts for the theme park and Citywalk properties. In 2005, Jodeen became the Vice President of Human Resources at RGP, responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational aspects of the company's global HR operations. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, where they continue to enhance the employee experience by implementing digital initiatives and creating greater efficiencies.

Jodeen Howes has an MBA in Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Jodeen also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
