Joel Griffith

Joel Griffith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications and human resources information systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at RGP since January 2020, Joel has previously held roles including Senior Director of Enterprise Applications and Senior Director of HRIS within the same company. Prior experience includes HRIS Manager at Panasonic USA and Technology Manager at Accenture. Additionally, Joel worked as a Senior Principal Consultant at DayNine Consulting and held the position of Senior Solutions Manager at Vitech Systems Group. Earlier in the career, Joel was Operations Manager at Hewitt Associates. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Azusa Pacific University, obtained in 2004.
