John Young has over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. John most recently served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at RGP, a multinational business consulting firm. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Services Recruiter at Accretive Solutions. John also held recruiting roles at RGBSI, LME Resources, CDI Talent & Technology Solutions, Quanta US, and Jefferson Wells. John has a proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders and delivering quality candidates in a timely manner.
John Young attended Saginaw Valley State University from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Business Administration and Management. John later went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Eastern Michigan University.
