Laura Swartz

Laura Swartz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting operations and project management. Currently serving as a Consultant at RGP since 2016, Laura previously held multiple leadership roles at CIT from 1997 to 2016, including VP Finance for Global Accounting Operations, where project leadership was provided for the development of the "Accurate" Automated Accounting Reconciliation System. Additional roles at CIT included managing general accounting for various business lines, coordinating financial reporting for an international business unit, and overseeing a team responsible for securitizations. Laura holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
