Lisa Gilmor

Lisa Gilmor has extensive experience in talent management and leadership, serving as the Senior Global Director of Talent Management for Project Consulting Services at RGP since 2004. In this role, Lisa Gilmor acts as a strategic partner to RGP’s Business Transformation Solutions, focusing on workforce planning, resource management, and talent retention. Additional leadership positions held at RGP include Director of Talent Management for Advisory & Project Services, where strategic alignment of business and talent strategies was emphasized, and Director of Integrated Solutions Deployment, which focused on client success through collaboration. Earlier roles included positions in practice development and talent mobilization, highlighting Lisa Gilmor’s expertise in engaging talent across various domains including accounting, finance, governance, and human capital. Prior to RGP, Lisa Gilmor worked as an HR Administrator at Blackwell Book Services after obtaining a BS in Psychology from Berry College.
