Mar Kushner

Mar Kushner has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. From 2008 to 2011, Mar worked at Kestral - USA, starting as an intern and eventually becoming an HR Administrator. They then joined iCore Networks in 2011 as an HR Administrator and was later promoted to HR Generalist. At Freedom Partners Shared Services, Mar worked as an HR Generalist/ Business Partner, focusing on talent and leadership development. They then joined Robert Half Technology as a Recruiting Manager, specializing in IT staff hiring. Currently, Mar works at RGP as a Senior Director of Talent Management, where they oversee strategic talent initiatives.

Mar Kushner holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a field of study in Human Resources from CIIT. They have also obtained certifications in "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, both in 2021.
