Melissa Stratton possesses extensive experience in quality assurance, operations, and retail management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Lead Quality Assurance Specialist at RGP since February 2016, Melissa has previously held roles including Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes coordinating the Office/Rentals Division at JSP Properties LLC and managing brand delivery and operations at Victoria's Secret. At Victoria's Secret, Melissa excelled in operational tasks, talent development, and category management, driving team performance and achieving sales goals. Melissa’s career began as an Office Assistant at Rauenhorst Recruiting Company. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
