Michael Kats

Michael Kats is a seasoned financial services consultant with extensive experience in enhancing financial performance for major insurance and banking clients. Currently serving at RGP since May 2021, Michael previously held the position of Senior Manager in Financial Services at EY from March 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading the design and development of complex financial tools and providing global engagement management support. Prior experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Operations Development at AIG, where Michael implemented a data collection process for tax provisions, and various managerial positions at Grant Thornton LLP, LECG-SMART, KPMG Advisory, and Bank Of New York Mellon. Michael holds an MBA from the RPI Lally School of Management and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College.
