Mike Austin

Mike Austin, CIA, CRMA, currently serves as a Consultant at RGP, providing audit services including audit engagements, SOX testing, and reporting for clients. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Director, Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive at Caliber Financial Services, where the Internal Audit function was established and expanded into compliance and risk activities. Experience includes roles as Senior Auditor at NPC International, where support was provided for the SOX program, and as Senior Auditor at H&R Block, assisting with internal controls evaluations. Additional roles included Interim Director of Finance at Della Lamb Community Services, where coordination of external audits and financial reporting took place, and various positions at Sprint, leading teams in finance and internal controls documentation. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Kansas State University.
