Richard Deck

Richard Deck is a seasoned finance professional with nearly 30 years of experience, specializing in high-growth technology startups in the greater Seattle area. Currently serving as a Finance and Accounting Consultant at RGP since December 2021, Richard has also held prominent roles such as Vice President of Finance and Acting Controller at Hiya Inc. from April 2019 to October 2021. Previous positions include Chief Accounting Officer at Coinstar, Inc. and Redbox, Corporate Controller at Concur Technologies, and Senior Accountant at Physio-Control, Inc. Richard began the career at Price Waterhouse, where expertise in financial statement audits was developed. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Gonzaga University.
