Ruby Rivai is a Senior Project/Program Management Consultant with over 18 years of experience in implementing business initiatives and system integration projects across multiple cities in Indonesia. Ruby has managed regional project teams from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and project consultancy in the telecommunications, banking, and insurance industries. Currently at RGP, Ruby has been recognized as Consultant of the Quarter for outstanding contributions to client projects. Ruby's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and IT from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Western Sydney.
