Shane Herbert

Shane Herbert, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Client Development - Market Leader for the Australia and New Zealand business at RGP since August 2016, specializing in providing consulting and talent solutions. With a solid background in client development, Shane has held various leadership roles, including Director at Copestone Management Consultants, where advisory services are provided to small and medium business leaders. Previous leadership experience includes positions at Directioneering, Mercuri Urval, Manpower, Hamilton James & Bruce, and the Australian Army, where foundational leadership skills were developed. Shane's educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Organisation Design from CQUniversity and a BA in Economics from UNSW. Active in the community, Shane is a committee member for AmCham Australia's Digital Economy and Innovation initiatives and contributes to the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
