Steve Messina

Steve Messina has a diverse work experience in the talent management and staffing industry. Steve is currently the Senior Director of Talent Management at RGP, a global project solutions consulting firm based in Irvine, CA. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Director for Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics at Atrium. Steve also worked for Accounting Principals for a significant part of their career, holding roles such as Division Director and Senior Staffing Manager.

Steve Messina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Salve Regina University, attending the institution from 1997 to 2001.
