Svea Meyer

Svea Meyer is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at RGP since May 2021. In this role, Svea facilitates effective communication between organizations and candidates while conducting thorough candidate vetting to align talent with professional aspirations. Previously, Svea held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at RGP, where a successful talent pipeline was established, leveraging expertise in various practice areas including accounting and business transformation. Before that, Svea worked at Jefferson Wells USA from January 2014 to May 2021 as Lead Recruiter, leading national recruiting efforts and managing complex processes within the Tax, Treasury, and Technical Accounting domains. Svea holds a B.A. in Communication from Bethel University, completed in 2010.
