Teri Ward

Teri Ward has extensive experience in finance and corporate management, currently serving as a Consultant at RGP since June 2018. Prior to this role, Teri held the position of Director of Corporate Finance at Walmart from December 2011 to March 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial operations. Teri also served as a Controller at Sidley Austin from 2002 to 2011, leading the global finance function for the firm. Earlier career roles include Senior Director at Andersen, where Teri managed statutory and tax operating results, and Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, overseeing financial transition processes. Teri's career began at The Balcor Company, where strategic planning and financial management were key focuses. Teri holds a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
