Terry Egan, MBA, CPIM, C.P.M., is a seasoned consultant and instructor in strategic sourcing, contract management, and corporate training. With extensive management experience in the distribution, electronics manufacturing, government, and telecom industries, Terry has implemented advanced supply chain best practices and managed significant procurement contracts across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Consultant at RGP, Terry also teaches supply chain management and operations at multiple universities, having spent over a decade in academic roles. Previously, Terry held key positions at prominent companies, including Nokia Inc. and Neiman Marcus, showcasing expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing large-scale procurement projects. Terry's military service includes a Captain role in the US Army, contributing valuable leadership skills to their professional endeavors.
