Tracy Halapy

Tracy Halapy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic revenue initiatives, client development, and talent management at RGP since January 1999, where roles have included VP of Strategic Revenue Initiatives, VP of Strategic Alliances & Client Development, Managing Director for Northeast Ohio, and Managing Director in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to RGP, Tracy served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte from August 1993 to December 1998. Educationally, Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton, attained in April 1993, and is a graduate of Brecksville High School, class of 1989.
