Trisha Beck has over 30 years of experience in talent management and financial analysis, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management at RGP since 1998. Beck has held various leadership roles within RGP, including Director for Talent Management in the Southeast Region, Director of the National Talent Group for Procurement and Supply Chain, and Talent Acquisition Director for Accounting & Finance and M&A. Beck's career also includes a role as Senior Auditor in the International Division at COOPERS & LYBRAND in Germany.
