RH1 is an Entertainment Innovation & Operations Company - partnering with property developers, managers, investors, and operators to design, develop, and operate innovative entertainment destinations through a complete service program.

We offer 2 service paths:
• Strategy–Design–Launch Program: site-specific, owner-branded experiences delivered in phases.
• ‘Distrikt’ Turnkey Concepts: a pre-designed concept for faster rollout.

For both paths, we provide optional Operations Management programs, from joint management to full turnkey operations, ensuring long-term success after opening.

With market insight, innovative design, disciplined delivery, and performance-driven operations, RH1 transforms malls, mixed-use projects, resorts, and leisure destinations into vibrant entertainment hubs that engage visitors and generate lasting commercial impact.
