Jeff Ballard

Jeff Ballard is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology. Since September 2004, Jeff has served as a Project Manager and Managing Engineer at RH2 Engineers, Planners, Scientists Inc, providing consulting engineering services for city engineering and public works projects. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a Design Engineer at AGATE Engineering from July 2002 to September 2004. Jeff completed high school at Eureka High School in 1996.
