Leilani McSpadden

Leilani McSpadden is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Assistant Controller at RH2 Engineering since April 2021, previously holding the position of Sr. Project Accountant. Prior to RH2 Engineering, Leilani worked at KATERRA as Sr. Accounting Manager from November 2019 to March 2021. A significant portion of Leilani's career was spent at Anchor QEA, where various roles included Financial Systems Manager, Assistant Controller, and Accounting Manager from June 2004 to October 2019. Leilani also gained experience at Callison Architecture as a Billing Specialist from September 1997 to April 2004 and at Ocean Beauty Seafoods as Quality Control Supervisor/Quality Control/Processor from May 1986 to August 1997. Leilani holds a BS in Psychology from Washington State University (1993-1995) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Whatcom Community College (1991-1993), along with earlier studies at Western Washington University (1990-1991).
