Wesley Smith

Wesley Smith, MPP, is a Senior Policy Analyst at Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA), specializing in public policy, fiscal forecasting, and GIS mapping. Wesley completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master's degree in Public Policy at the University of Southern California. Over the past five years, Wesley has provided technical analysis and project management for RSG, contributing significantly to the fiscal study of the incorporation of Mountain House, California's newest city. Prior to RHA, Wesley held various internships, gaining experience in government relations, energy efficiency, and legislative tracking.
